All of our products are handmade or involve handmade processes, which means processing can sometimes take a bit longer. Typically, orders are processed within 4-6 business days, but during high-demand periods, it may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates (USA and Puerto Rico)
We offer calculated shipping rates based on your location and the size of the items in your order. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note, we only ship to the USA and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at skatexlpr@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking down your order.
Address Changes
Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes to shipping details once an order has been placed.
